I have always had an interest in integrating conventional and complementary therapies, and so after graduating as a Physiotherapist from the University of Sydney in 1999, I pursued post-graduate studies in fields such as Acupuncture, the Bowen Technique and now, Craniosacral Therapy. I have worked in a wide range of settings, both private and public, including sports (Rugby Union), rehabilitation, women's health and paediatrics, and am currently working predominantly in private practice.
I have been especially drawn to Craniosacral work, viewing it as one of the few styles of treatment that addresses the whole person - getting to the root cause of imbalances not only on a physical level, but on mental and emotional ones as well.
I am currently living in Mumbai, India, with my husband, two children (and one more on the way), where I am helping to raise money through treatments for a very special NGO (please see Location/India page for link to Apne Aap Women's Collective). I continue to pursue further post-graduate studies in Craniosacral Therapy, and travel regularly to Nairobi, Kenya, where I have established a part-time practice.
